The need to be our brother"s keeper. Can not be over emphasized, the need to communicate is key on this esteemed platform.

It's no gain-saying that lots of steemians post there article and go offline, only to come and check how much they have earned.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional.as it portrays that you are only here for the loot.kindly note that you are a blogger.

There is an urgent need for a change of character on this platform, as those who vote you also have other task at hand, but they took out the time to read your post and comment, and vote if necessary.

Am putting this word out there for the benefit of us all.I am not going to be economical with the truth as am a blunt person.Those with teaming follower do not find time to read their comments by ardent followers who take out time to comment and vote them.

The same goes for those that won't read the article and will just post things are are inimical to the content of the article, for example "nice post"
This a lazy life style and we need to bring in the hammer on them,or better still correct them.
The platform is beginning to crawl with fraudsters hoping to make quick cash of people's sweat.
One was alegding to be a voting bot, when I checked his page nothing to write home about and he was collecting sbd's from unsuspecting steemians.

Most importantly are minnows that hope to make quick cash by posting articles that does not meet or befitting the stipulated standard of this esteemed platform.
There is a need to check this canker worm that has eatendeep into the fabric of this prestigious community and you can bet your sbd on this.

The need to communicate is essential as it fosters relationships and that was why I signed up.

The need to reward comments that is symmetrical and aligned to the post is very key,
Most steemians will take out time to write a befitting comment and won't a vote in return, then I asked myself how do you encourage this upstanding steemian to come back and comment on your post again.

Some power brokers wi flag a post which is undeserving."@Ned please interfer ,it has become imperative to address this challenge. At least give the steemian a warning first.No one is perfect as our race differs so is our upbringing and exposure.

I have been into community Development even before I joined steemit.Let's take out time to use our resources to help the needy.It is worth nothing when you have and you can't give back to the community or your immediate environment.
