THE PERILS OF HARDFORK19- A Tiny Fish's observation

Please Note: This post is not in any way faulting HF19 and the decisions to implement it, it is illustrating the attitude of the community since the implementation of the fantastic update to Steemit.

Subtracting man's quest for treasure and power from life, life it becomes a fairy-tale. This is a sentence that keeps toggling in my head since the implementation of HF-19. Friends had turned hostile and average chats had turn into a quagmire of disputes; all for what?

Seeing others getting a fair chance to life is the greatest opportunity this platform has offered on a platter of gold, i mean the hardworking ones and not the dreamy ones who thinks "Steemit is a playpen where dollar is served as snacks".

With my three-months on steemit, i have witnessed two beautiful Hardforks and i can attest that it has never changed my attitude to my attitude and functionality on Steemit. But this is a general question; How many got blocked from people you look up to in chats? High profile users you been chatting with seeking their advice occasionally and a night before HF-19 they kicked you out without a tangible reason.

On that said day, one of the most trending authors, name withheld just showed me how people's quest for treasure and unsolicited power can make humans forsake all forms of community relationship, Something the wildest animals will never do.

I thought Steemit is beyond blockchain and rewards, i hold it in high esteem as my community. Different group of people around the Globe appreciating each others efforts with talents and encouraging each other with supports and advice of any form.

But after been blocked by few people on chats and ignored by dozens i presumeably hold in high esteem, i find it demeaning to even talk to more experince users in the community anymore because you might get a knock for trying to talk to a neighbour who feels very powerful.

While many like me view Steemit as the evolution of Social media and i try to blend in for acceptance and love; plus a tiny bits of reward if i will be honest.

The founders and many stakeholders of steemit meant good while concieving the ideas Of Hardforks and it's subsequent upgrades, but this should not mean the ens of a once happy community where someone who does not know me offers me life changing advices and charge me nothing for doing so.

This are just my experience and observations since the slighf change ocxured to our community, and i am sure many will have their own sides to the story whether similar or cobtradictory opinions. But hey; i have to spill it all out and i hope there is a moral jurisdiction in doing so.

I am sharing my thoughts and letting my beloved community know that Hardfork 19 is just an upgrade not a declaration of War!

I've noticed that trolling seems to be a bigger issue post-HF19. I think that once they discover it's not a profitable endeavor, it will subside, but in the meantime, it's definitely made me grouchier and less likely to interact with other users.

Perhaps these other community members are feeling the pressure of having to deal with newer minnows who are clogging up their communication channels with spam in pursuit of a valuable upvote? (I'm not implying that's what you're doing, just that they may have banned indiscriminately because of other people doing it.) The HF makes the platform attractive to a broader audience, but they don't understand Steemit etiquette when they get here. Once they get the hang of it or get downvoted into oblivion, I think things will get better.

😁😁😁😁....that is one awesome perception of it
