DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO INCREASE IT ?

SOME PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT ITS BASED ON STEEM PRICE ?

SOME ARE SAYING ITS DUE TO EXCHANGE RATE CHANGING ?

      I believe it is because the dollar value of Steem is constantly fluctuating.
