Crispy fried cassava recipe

Ingredients

1 kg of cassava
Spices:
2 pcs Garlic
1 tsp Salt
300 ml Water

Step

Steamed cassava sdh in peeled soft smp

Blend spices and 300 ml of water

Soak cassava 10 minutes

Fry until browned and crisp

Serve
