Sambel Tempe Kemangi (Everyone Book Can Cook)

Ingredients
1 tempe board, diced
1 tsp salt
to taste Water
1 clove of garlic
Cooking oil
to taste Powder Broth
Basil leave
Chili ingredients:
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
4 pieces of curly red pepper
4 btr red onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
3 cm kencur
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Step
Soak the tempe with salt water and 1 clove garlic which has been mashed for 15menit, lift. Drain, fried tempeh not to be too dry, lift, drain.

Fry all chili ingredients for a while and then tear off and give a little frying oil used to fry it, add sugar, salt, powdered broth, taste check, then insert chunks of tempe, rough scratch, mix with basil leaves, mix well. Serve.
