Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well.
I haven't posted anything since my last video, and so I feel its about time I paid some respect and gratitude to some wonderful steemians to whom I owe so much.
First, @tibfox who has been tremendously supportive and encouraging from my first video.
Next, @buttcoins, who gave me a huge boost and showed me that @ddaily is an amazing community to be a part of.
There are so many more I could personally thank, for upvoting and commenting, to all who have enjoyed my content I would like to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
But there is one more person, to whom I owe the biggest debt of gratitude, as I never expected anything like this to happen to me.
@menoski, thank you so much for noticing me, and especially for recommending me to the @curie community. I am still in shock about what happened, can't believe it.
Now that we've finished with the personal thanks, it's time to address you, the Steemit community at large.
It seems I joined Steemit (in June 2019) at a time of great changes and turbulence, befitting where I am In my personal life.
I first heard of Steemit in 2016 from @eco-alex at Karuna. It all sounded very strange to me.. Cryptocurrency, blockchains and passive earnings on social networks, all sounded very complex. At this time my wife (then girlfriend) and I were studying under @ecoknowme. This was the beginning of our family's journey towards homesteading, and what a long journey it turned out to be. I would not think about Steemit for another three years, untill I caught up with @ecoknowme again to talk about all our family's developments. (if you'd like to know more about it here's a link to Our Family's exciting news... video).
During that conversation @ecoknowme mentioned steemit again, and the exciting developments it has gone through in these past three years.. I don't know why, but somehow now I felt more ready to trudge the murkey water that is, the Steemit blockchain...
So I signed up, got my keys, and started posting, first a poem, then an Introductory post, and finally I started uploading my blog from my time travelling in Ecuador and India (where I met @eco-alex and @ecoknowme originally).
Well, what a warm welcome to this network it has been... I have never felt more connected, more quickly with an online community... Right from the start, it just felt like home..
The people and comments have all been so supportive and so wonderful, it's sometimes hard for me to believe this is the same Internet as the YouTube comment section, or twitter...
I'm so glad I finally came on board. And my recent success has pushed me to try harder than ever to produce the best content I can. If I manage to give back to this community a fraction of what it as given me so far, I will consider that a huge success.
Which brings me to my future plans.. I would really like to keep posting regularly, but we have a hectic few months ahead.. I officially finish work this weekend (YEAY!!), then we have three weeks to pack up our apartment and move in with my folks with our four month old baby (deep breaths...), where we will spend the next month printing the new edition of our book, finish the production of our audio book (both in Hebrew I'm afraid..), and getting all our affairs on order, for our RELOCATION TO PORTUGAL!!!
I cannot express in words how excited I am... We've been planning this move for over a year...
So, needless to say I don't know how often I'll be able to write. Which is why I wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know I have not disappeared, and that I will also (on top of everything else) be working on the post production of our next installment in our video chronicling our last visit to Portugal and Tslil first time seeing the land we purchased... ( no spoilers, I'll just say; its been emotional )
These are very exciting times, and I feel privileged and blessed to share them with you.
Thank you all for reading, and for being such a wonderful and supportive community. I hope you enjoy my content, and your time here on Steemit.. Or in other words are you not entertained?

Nice @orlev thanks for the call out.
I see steem as a funny way to find the unique peeps in this world.
Honestly I find it easy to spot the clowns and the real folks as the perfect imperfections just float to the top.
After 2 years here I still feel so grateful.
I see the turbulence as perpetual. As there is no official boss. Just us and how we choose to interact with each other. Us and what we bring to the table.
I realized something early on here and it has always helped me... ‘steem doesn’t owe me shit, I owe me’
