Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism

    I just had a doh moment myself. I posted a post with the incorrect year in the title (the first time I made this mistake in 2017). I can update the heading but the link will be incorrect forever.
