This is VERY true. I just posted a blog with a simlar message towards the end. I hate to see people leaving for silly reasons, the ideas and words of the users is what keeps Steemit alive! nice post.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    yes we have to stop all this complaining and if you want other things here, make them its that simple !!
