I've been doing quite a bit of thinking lately about some of the incredible things that can come into existence because of our interaction. One simple example of it this incredible painting.
The progression leading up to it being manifested in reality is as follows:

@xtrodinarypilot and I have truly enjoyed getting to know our fellow Steemians! Somehow we have found a group of like minded, interesting, genuine people and for me that makes it worth while! On our Steemit Roadtrip we met @instructor2121 in Alabama and he got us a hotel room, took @xtrodinarypilot out for a night on the town and took the family out for lunch.. And we had never met him! @dougkarr met us in NYC with his kids and we has breakfast, went to the pier so the kids could hang out and talked about Steemit and life. We really enjoyed hanging out with them!!! Not to mention the Pepper Family, not only did we have an awesome time having dinner and getting to know each other but our kids all got to play!
It has been quite a surprise to meet fellow Steemians and actually enjoy thier company and families!! I am greatful for this community and the experience!

Thanks for this info @papa-pepper . I did not know the etiquette around having an alt-account. I have several accounts on YouTube for different topics and a separate one for my daughter/family. Though my daughter/family's YT account is not a revenue generator it was nice for sharing content that would not fit on my commercial YT account. The idea of having a Steemit account as an investment for her is a very good one. I had not considered it. Thank you for the insight. Much appreciated.

@papa-pepper - I totally agree with you that Steemit is a platform where, together, we can achieve incredible things. I have been on here for 2 short months but have already seen, through your posts, the way you have developed your independent lifestyle, involved your family, involved and brought benefit to friends you made on Steemit. Really awesome. I initially focused only on my passion, wildlife and on writing posts and getting votes. However, as I spent more time interacting with Steemians I have come to understand that Steemit has far more potential than just being a social media platform to monetize blogs. I, now, keep thinking of innovative ways in which Steemit can improve lives for the underprivileged including education for every girl child in developing nations. Thanks for your wonderful blogs. It's been a while, but I'm still here, catching your content, now and then.
Today I was lucky enough to even catch it in my feed!
I couldn't agree more, the Steemit connections are invaluable. The ability to pool our intellectual resources with the power of emotion driving our actions along with those of others also interested in doing the same thing really showcases the positive potential stored up within the blockchain. Little by little it is removing boundaries and changing our planet.

The random acts of kindness here are really amazing. Yesterday our buddy @guyfawkes4-20 offered to make me a banner and a signature, something I hadn't been meaning to get to.
