My name is Temitola, I am from the western part of Nigeria, Oshogbo to be precise.I am an online researcher,I spend more than 12 hours on internet every day,basically i do research on lucratively and genuinely of different businesses

This is my first time of posting on steemit.com,I hear about steemit for the first time on a forum called nairaland as far back as November 2017 and since then have been falling in love with steemit, most especially the idea of posting and earn with it.
I will appreciate it if any member of the steemit.com should please put me through on how it really work.Though,I have read a lot about it on internet yet I wasn't satisfy with the information.
I'm having a difficulty in knowing the yardstick steemit.com normally use to value individual post,some people says is by number of upvote the post get but I didn't believe this because have seen two individual post here where one with the highest upvote earn lesser amount than the other one with the lowest upvote.
Steemit guru here should please shed more light on this.
