IN short if i should say you then
Steemit is a type of social network similar you facebook and twitter
you can share your content your story and your views here
but if you can give much time in facebook and twitter
then why to waste you precious time there
if you can give time for it
i would better recommended to use steemit
you can make it as a profession
you can earn money in a simple way
if people like upvote and comment on your content then you can earn from it
