How do you handle Stress ?
July has been a very stressful month for me. Just when you thought that everything is doing well, a tragedy will occur and challenge you.
HOW WOULD YOU RESPOND??
First let's define stress...
What is Stress?

Basically..
It is your body's way of telling you
"Something is not right.. But everything is going to be okay. You just need to think deep until your head hurts"
So how do you deal with it?
** Here are my top 3 ways to deal with stress **
No. 1
Eat
Eating while stressed is one of the best way to forget something that is bothering you.
(No!! this is not about eating healthy)
This is about eating that food that you really want! You should eat whatever you like! Your are stressed, so why stress your self on thinking what food you should eat. Eat whatever is available! Eat what ever you like. It will be your way of relieving your self from the pain you are experiencing.
This is also not about how much you should eat. Eat as many as you like. Eat until you fell a sleep.
You will then realize that you forgot all your problem in day one.
No. 2
Drink Alcohol
YES! You read it right! DRINK ALCOHOL But not that Isopropyl and Ethyl alcohol thingy.
Dink something what will make you drunk. The fastest way you get drunk, the better! The stronger the alcohol, the faster you will forget you problems.
and when you wake-up.. you won't remember a thing
No. 3
Look for a friend
Find someone whom you can share your feelings with. Talking and spending time with friends is a good way to relieve stress. They are the people who will tell you the other side of the problem. Someone who might explain you thinks you don't clearly understand. Sometimes, they know the solution to your problem. Often time, they are just there for free food.
To sum it up...
Stress is temporary. So don't focus on it. It might be difficult at first but you'll get a hang out of it.
Stress is easy to forget. You'll just need to focus on what is important and divert your attention to things that matter most.
If you can't solve the problem.. Find someone who will solve it for you.
