It appears by doing five basic things each day you can collect 105 points per day. These items include -
Freepoints - 50
Check in - 10
Comment - 10
Upvote - 5
Post - 30

Done for each day of the month gives you 3,150 points for the month on your activity alone. This also presumes that you do the aforementioned things only once per day. This point accumulation doesn't include any additional benefits from others interacting with your postings.
