Steemit vs facebook !!! and the winner is ?

I dont have much idea still confused about steemit workflow but i am sure in one thing steemit will dominate facebook,twitter,youtube etc social media website because its spreading too much and growth is great i think we are getting more than 40-45 K posts per day and main thing is it is open and easy , they are adding more functionality and security after hack hack is not big problem after account of mark zuk. Was hacked lol,,,

So facebook
They earn from us they dont pay us
Steemit encourage us by paying for posting and voting up and comments its good way to introduce social media , one can pay monthly bills of mobile data by this lol
Functions : facebook have more functions than steemit
But ihve read somewhere they will introduce more functions soon for making posts and blogs more interesting
Also they can introduce dislike button for crap contents lol ( can decrease revenue)
So as per my thoughts steemit could be big revolution in social media by direct paying its function which encourage people to write posts and my it could be best for people who lost their jobs or unemployed
May it can erase some social media webs by its presence

Youtube :: google takes more than us from earnings of monetisation
May steemit can introduce their best video layout in next updates to get in fight with youtube

But still its complicated to understand just go go go thing going in my mind

Steemit :: i am not sure how it works in proper way and how much it will run or will it get over old social media platforms but i would love to post on steemit

First off were still in the beta. Steemit isn't even fully released yet. Also, there is a way to downvote by flagging.

Steemit is too young and have development ahead. According to me the absolute advantage is that it can not be censored and influenced by the company owning it. Probably even big companies paying money to Facebook will aprecciate it one day.

There may be change in software eg. blockchain but not somebody to step in and wipe post or hide likes and force to pay for promotion.

I think it's too early to compete with facebook since steem is still in beta.
But the first to overcome when is fully released is reddit. If steemit become succefully overcome reddit then we can think of facebook and other social media.
Steemit looks like reddit version but instead of getting karma points here in steemit we get steem power. so this may attract users from reddit.

I agree with other. Steem is at the early stage of development but I believe it can beat Facebook one day. However, a lot of work must be done for this (e.g. see https://steemit.com/steemit/@aleksei-filonov/3-must-do-things-for-steemit)
