Just thinking one morning like I always do; my mind going through the the @familyprotection cause, the passion behind it, and the impact we(because I'm a part of them) are already making through the steemit blockchain.I thought about my Country Nigeria and how out of place things have become.I came to a conclusion that if the young men would rise and take their place in Nation building, there would be a change, because our fathers have failed us.

'I would love to help so many',I thought to myself; 'but do I have the means?'

THE ANSWER FOR ME, WAS NOT FAR FETCHED, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SO INSPIRED BY THE @familyprotection cause that I know that it is possible to make a change through creating a community on the steem blockchain, who would create awareness of the need for change especially in Africa;the need for nation building.

IT WAS A THOUGHT, BUT IT WAS ALSO A DESIRE: 'WHAT I WILL DO IF I HAD 500,000 STEEM POWER.'

NOW HEREARE MY THOUGHTS ON WHAT I WILL DO IF I HAD 500,000 STEEM POWER

• Build an online community that will use the tag @nationbuilding

I know it is beautiful to have a global mindset, but in this context my heart burns for Africa, especially my country Nigeria.

I believe that before you can successfully change physical structures in any nation, you must first change the mental structures, so it therefore means that Nation Building begins from building the minds of the people(mental structures), and not by building roads and infrastructure(physical structures).

If the minds of the people are poor, then the nation is really poor!

So, my first step will be to build a community of people who would continually pour in content on the steemit platform, contents of awareness of the need for a change in Africa,

UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT THAT THERE'S A PROBLEM, YOU CANNOT BE HELPED,A PROBLEM IDENTIFIED IS HALF WAY SOLVED.

Not only will awareness content be appreciated but also ideas and thoughts on how to cause the change we desire. I would love to see and feel by extension the passion of the young men, for we are leaders of tomorrow but our tomorrow has come-its today!

Contents on entrepreneural ideas, technological innovations, ideas and proposals will be appreciated. Useful contents on practical solution to the failing educational system will be appreciated.

What I'm trying to say is that I'll need a abundant of contents on how to build our nation.There has to be new ideas, new thoughts, new order!

What will I do with the contents?

First of all, a tag does not 'fly's, if it does not appreciate those who take out time to introduce useful contents into it. So I'll ensure that with the steem power I have these contents are appreciated.

Why steal, when you can write and make money?

It is not enough to have many ideas, these ideas must be put to work, so that takes me to the next thing I will do.

• Generate crypto funds that would be used to embark on Nation building campaigns, and projects.

From appreciating useful nation building contents, crypto funds would be generated through curators rewards, also using the tag, contents on our personal blog would be created regularly. This would help to develop some crypto funds.

We might be starting small, but I believe in thinking big, starting small and growing fast,so I do not underestimate the power of starting small and the strength of a community, especially one that is continually growing

From the contents and ideas given we would have picked up a plan and list of what to do.

Let's say someone gave a useful idea on how to improve the power sector, we pick that up, and through the crypto funds generated embark on a project to improve the power condition in that country.

Someone might give a suggestion to fund libraries, build some more libraries and resource centers, we will pick up such a project and with our crypto funds launch out to effect a change.

At this point I must say a big thank you to the steemit community and platform for changing the lives of young people especially in Nigeria, helping us dream, because when you have the means to execute, your dreams have colour. So Many like @ejemai, @nairadaddy are doing so much in their communities and beyond because they've been empowered by his platform.

With 500,00 steem power I will do no less. Project campaigns would be carried out continuously

I believe we do not have to wait for the Federal Government to meet our every need, they mustn't cause the change for us.everyone can do so much if we will dare. I dare the young men to rise and stand like men! Take your place in building this nation

• I will support entrepreneural ideas, and technological innovations

I believe there are new solutions and vast opportunities in different facet of our economy. In the agricultural sector, banking sector, educational sector, etc; there are new solutions, and vast opportunities. Hence from crypto funds generated I'll find and support young entrepreneurs and scientists.

For a nation to be built,there must be technological advancements. Hence Engineering projects and innovations would be sponsored.

• I will build a financial community big enough to question and fight actions and policies that are detrimental to the furtherance of the country.

when you are big enough, you can control states, you will have a voice in the country

The scriptures tell us that a wise man though he could deliver a nation with his wisdom but his voice is not heard because he is poor-Finances are required for your voice to be heard!

These and more I'll do if I have 500,000 steem power. These are my thoughts and I really don't have to think alone!
