    The Powerups are looking nice this week! That average p/d is that over a longer time period? (like in the graph).

    I noticed that on steemnow (and steemd) the feed price is stuck at 41 cents. Do you know what's causing that?

      Some nice poperups indeed. People with faith in Steem for the long term :-) The "average p/d" is the average of the period in the chart. Between 2018-05-29 and today.

      The current feed price is $0.413 and hasn't moved much over the last few days even though the price of Steem dropped heavily. As far as I know this is a mechanism by design to prevent too much SBD conversions at a very low steem price. Imagine people can convert all their SBD at $0.10. This would create 10 new Steem for each SBD resulting in a high inflation which in turn would crash the steem price even more.

        So it's solely for conversion protection. That makes sense.

        The payouts from posts are using the right average btw. I got a $21 payout (after curation) but only received 52 STEEM ($16,12). It's just displayed wrongly because it's using the 42 cent price feed.

          Those power up figures look great, but we're going to need a lot more to make a dent on liquid supply. The market doesn't seem to care for our power ups...
