3. Daily accounts transacting (daily average per week)

A 'transacting account' is a Steem account that made at least one transaction on the Steem blockchain. This can be a vote, post, comment, transfer, power up or sbd conversion. Users who only read from the Steem blockchain without interacting are not included. The actual number of 'Active users' is therefore much higher than the accounts transacting.

Looks like Steem has recovered nicely from HF20

Trading volumes on the exchanges are critical...

signups increasing nicely. just curious are they all from steeminc or has some dapp started to signup users ?

I'm pretty sure the large recent signup count is due to large SP holders claiming free accounts. The data in this post appears to show that the number of comments and posts haven't really been affected by HF20, which is a little strange since it was intended to stop Spam.

I made a post that takes estimated traffic data and keyword strength for Steemit.com that shows that the traffic levels have not recovered following HF20 - but maybe that data is inaccurate:

https://steemit.com/steem/@ura-soul/low-traffic-levels-for-steemit-com-post-hard-fork-20-show-yet-more-reason-to-support-a-fresh-user-marketing-campaign

It appears 90% of all new accounts since HF20 are created by @steem.

Ok, so those are maybe accounts created in a batch for newly signed up users?
I think the number of claimed - but not created - accounts will be much higher.

Congratz, your post has been resteemed and, who knows, will maybe appear in the next edition of the #dailyspotlights (Click on my face if you want to know more about me...)

Pixresteemer is also listed as promoter on The Steemians Directory

Thanks @penguinpablo for the great overview of Steem statistics. It is really interesting how the volume has been fluctuating.

As activities on steemit reduces so does price guess it time to use the Blockchain more actively

We're getting back to normal, but I hear about new users being limited by RC. That keeps the spam down, but good people will need some support, e.g. Delegation.

For the bot vote the size of the votes is more relevant than the number. I expect they account for a pretty large proportion, but I do see some sellers blacklisting abusers. There are signs of improvement.
