In your opinion, which is best to have the most of, and the least of? For both long term investors and short term investees, that is the question. Here's yet another, which is worth more, and how do you know? Which ratio is best to have for different types of investors? I'm in it for the long run (wallet doesn't show that, yet.) But I am and will be adding more Steem to my account. Where can I find a good place that has live prices for Steem and Steem Dollars?

Steem - use for power up = SP
SP is use for upvote = influence

Basically, for a minnow SP is key. SBD may be useful to buy into a voting bot, like @randowhale or so, but its no use to save up bigger amounts of it. Use it to buy Steem that lets you power up your SP.
What the best method for the converting is... hard to say. The exchange rate vary a lot. You can trust the Steemit internal rate, or try your luck at the market. I usually suck with this, so I better not try to give you advice on this... :)
