TRY NEW THINGS... FARMING IS GOOD

It's absolutely great to be known for a particular thing, but I believe is limiting not to try out other things. Studying Civil Engineering in the University was great and beautiful for me.

I love it, I want it and I live it.

Interestingly, everyone in the world needs shelter and a very good one at that. We take off the burden of knowing or calculating what the house can take and what not from you just to give a standard, safe and aesthetic environment.

Civil Engineer is fun. I realized just recently though that no matter the field of endeavor in life, everyone needs food to get going, everyone needs food to adequately deliver on delegated responsibilities. So, I took up a challenge, not just to own a farm land but to also follow through in the processes.

Here, this is me yesterday at the farm with a renowned farm consultant whose expertise is immeasurable in the agricultural sector.

You can see the workers sweating just to get the weeds off. Here, we have the plantain plant which is about 12 weeks old and cassava which is just about 4 weeks old.

I love Civil engineering, I love good food, therefore, I love farming.

I hope that one day I can sell both locally and globally to steemit community and the world at large.

It gives me great joy when I see Nigerian youths taking a step further than the norm which is to wail over the state of unemployment. I admire the courage. Keep it up!

Thank you

Beautiful and very well done. I used to be involved with aquaponics.. I plan to build another system soonest.. Do some research there really is no better way to grow protein (fish) and vegetables in a closed looped system. Love your pics from a fellow African (South Africa)

Thanks.... I love what you do
