Hurricane Hermine shut down Savannah, except the bars!

The center of Tropical Storm Hermine was located by Doppler radar over southeastern Georgia about 30 miles north northwest of Savannah, according to a news release from the National Hurricane Center.

Hermine is moving toward the northeast near 18 mph. This is forecasted is to continue for the next 48 hours with a gradual reduction in forward speed. Hermine will move across coastal South Carolina later day and over coastal North Carolina tonight.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph with higher gusts. Hold on tight and cheers bitches! #life #hermine #drinkup #savannah

      I am in Conway,SC and we are still getting a lot of wind and rain at 11:20p.m. Not much of a tropical storm though. I think their HAARP machine is broken.lol
