I was shocked to see my rating drop after all the work I've been doing... Did I stumble upon something I wasn't supposed to see by a lot of the Big Shots...??? This never happened to me before... Has it happened to anyone else here and if so, do you know the reason why...???

The rep system is competitive. It could mean other people are gaining faster than you and pushed you down.

There is a glitch.
I actually moved to 67 last week and after chatting with a dev it's decided to be a glitch. There are APPS to verify glitches on the Steemit interface.

go to Steemstats.com , I edited it from the comment above, i had written it wrong.
put in your name
click on the tab that says Incoming Votes and scroll down. It will appear red and say flag if you got flagged.
You can also click select your individual posts and see more details of the incoming votes.
