Lasagna
Ingredients
1 pack of lasagna paste
Cheese mozarella / quickmelt
slice Cheese
Parsley
to taste Water
to taste Salt and oil
💢Saos Red:
250 gr ground beef
1 tbsp butter
1 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 onion slices
to taste Water
5 tablespoons bolognise saos
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
to taste salt, pepper
💢Saos Bechamel / white sauce
1/2 onion slices
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp of wheat flour
300 ml of liquid milk
to taste grated cheddar cheese
to taste salt and pepper
1/4 nutmeg powder
Step

Boil lasagna instantly until cooked, jgn lp give salt and oil pd boiling water.dry

U red sauce: saute garlic and bombay with butter until done

Add water and add ground beef, stirring until the meat changes color

Tomato sauce, bolognise sauce, salt, pepper mix well

Give 1 teaspoon of parsley powder, stir well and let stand until the meat is cooked and water shrinks.Jgn lp flavor correction

U white sauces: heat butter and onion with a small stir-fry until the onions ripen

Add the flour and stir quickly

Add milk and add grated cheese, then stir

Do not lp salt, pepper and nutmeg powder mixed flat back

Correct the flavor, then stir until it starts to thicken. Do not thicken bgt, klo klo cold will be more viscous

Prepare heat-resistant containers, spread with white sauce flatten

Then give the red sauce on top, flatten

Then layout lasagna, give white sauce back then red sauce, new cheese slice

Do it until the sauce runs out. Then last on it give cheese mozarella / queickmelt and sprinkling parsley

Bake in 180 for 45 minutes or adjust with each oven
