I was about to write a comment on a post and check my RC on steemd.
I checked it on steemnow, both stated 100%.
All of a sudden my RC bumped up to 100 percent.
I guess the patch works.
I am going to make a dozen comment to verify.

You are right. I just checked mine now and it's 100% too. Everyone can now make as many comments as they want

Just checked there in steemworld. My rc is at 100% as well. To be fair it hadn't been an issue and I was able to post all day anyway but it's a good thing for the smallest accounts especially.

Ya it was the small acounts that were hit the hardest. Hopefully it won't turn too many away and they realise it is only a small hitch until we are back to business as usual.
