"Newbies on steemit", does the platform/whales/dolphins/minnow need them? How would the increase of newbies affect post payout?

I have always been wondering what it will be like when millions of people get on board. how it will affect the price of steem is not the question as I think that should take steem value to the moon. But how it will affect post payouts has been my concern. This has in a way answered that question. Thanks to the special one @surpassinggogle.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    True lies to latter part, since you didn't read the whole 22 minutes read.
    Post pay out will be as it is, if the price of steem goes high. So your 100$ 50% upvote with steem at 1 dollar, can go to 200$ or more with steem at 2 or 3 dollars, so you can either vote with the same percentage or reduce percentage.
