green tea was a great natural alternative for me to help me loose weight, plus I used to NEVER get sick, I´m definitely trying to add it to my diet again. I also used to believe it was good to drink it on an empty stomach and I just finally did my research and boy was I wrong. It says it is great after breakfast but NEVER on an empty stomach.
