The Approaching Wave of New Multi-Millionaires

To us blockchain miners, traders, and investors, we are met with responses such as "Isn't it a scam?" or "Sounds like a Ponzi-scheme" on a daily basis when we try to explain to our friends and loved ones the future potential that blockchain holds to our everyday lives. Its frustrating when you see a gold mine but the others only see dirt.

Its safe to assume that in the coming 3 to 5 to 10 years we will see a massive paradigm shift in how the world views fiat currency, financial freedom, and cryptos amongst other related topics. I like to draw the comparison on how people view Bitcoin and Alt-coins today much like how people of the same mindset viewed companies such as IBM, Apple, and Microsoft back in the early 90's. We've all wondered what if we could time travel to March 12th, 1986 and invest 100k into Microsoft stock the day it went public. Well I have no doubt that people in 2025 will probably be wishing the same thing but to have invested in certain coins today.

Soon the days of the fiat driven banks holding a monopoly along with the government on billions and trillions of dollars worth in liquid paper money will be over. I have no doubt that in a 2025 history class room learning about "The Rise & Fall of Fiat Currency" will be as normal to them as learning about WWI & WWII was to us.

Characters such as Jacob Rothschild and George Sorros - who are already wetting their pants over bitcoin - will have their empires which were built on dishonest and immoral foundational building blocks come crumbling down as people lose trust and patience in fiat currencies and ambush the bitcoin and other blockchain currency markets.

It's truly interesting and awe inspiring to witness people banding together and saying "Screw your dollars, I'll use Bitcoin instead" as a massive middle finger to the unfair, greedy, 1%er and state controlled banks. Then only a few years later to have those same remorseless banks come crawling back with their tails between their legs being forced to adopt blockchain friendly policies. For the first time in history, regular people have the possibility of becoming the settlers instead of reachers through the eyes of the big-wigs and boy do the appetizers to our financially freer taste good!

Final thoughts are to keep on earning your coins and to expect within the next decade to be able to reap the fruits of your labour.

The ICOs of today do feel like the IPOs of the 90s, that's for sure. As long as the coins you're buying have sound fundamentals and a good management, i think that person will be like you said, a multi-millionaire.

Couldn't agree more with you, @numpypython. Blockchain is still in its "wild west" phase, everyone is scratching their heads on what they should do with it. If you take advantage of this and invest consistently into coins with solid fundamentals and strong active goal orientated teams then thats a million dollar recipe.

The thing is that most of the crypto projects these days are far from truly decentralized. For example there is no difference between a bank and Ripple company, even so they are one of the coins that we would see a lot in the future just like fiat.

In 2001 the stock market crashed, 2009 the stock market crashed and the mortgage companies defaulted. Today the stock market, mortage companies, and especially government bonds seem to be in the worst shape that've ever been in. As soon as the next big crash happens, people will lose their trust in fiat and start aiming their sights on decentralized currencies. Ripple is a terrible coin and yes I agree with you that it almost the opposite of decentralized currency, but stable coins such as Bitcoin and arguably Ethereum among others will rise from the settling dust whilst the governments try to recover from damage that will take decades to fully recover from.

In big crashes people lose money not banks or governments, they are actually making money. As the pattern I can see with the rise of centralized and regulated platforms that manage people's bitcoin, mass adoption would happen in a totally different way that we think about it. Bitcoin is decentralized if you keep your own private keys, otherwise it's just a promise asset under your name managed by a middle man very similar to banks.

I remember an argument from someone about poloniex that made me really think about it. Do you think poloniex is actually buying all the coins they claim we hold?

To hold or to invest? Any Suggestion On ICO?

depends, are you looking to take a risk for a bigger reward or do you want to play it safe?

Risky Venture: Buy Stratis (STRAT) (I bought stratis 3 days ago)

Safe Venture: Aragon (ANT) its currently at 3.15 but its safe yet still brings in roughly 5% each week.

Thank You👍

This I think fits into your discussion on the crypto markets and investing.

I have been sharing this info on something not widely known/talked about, crytpo related stocks. For me , just another opportunity to capitalize on this new and exciting paradigm. They are currently trading for pennies.
The stocks I think, give that still large segment of people who are not ready to learn about crytpos and exchanges, but have been on the sidelines hearing about all the excitement and gains, the opportunity to get on board this earth shaking crypto move, but within their own comfort zone by simply buying a stock that is related to bitcoin.
Most of these people already have a stock account they know how to use and in this way can participate easily. There are very few crypto stocks so these are already starting to skyrocket just in the last couple of days but may present an very unique opportunity. As a warning, there is not really a ton of info about them so use risk capital only!
I have put some money into them in just the last 1-2 days, already up significantly which means they may skyrocket further, or pull back hard, I do not think anybody can predict. Dollar cost averaging is probably the best way to enter at this point as they are just moving so fast now and price points could be anywhere next week. Anyways, I thought I would share, fwiw.
Here is a link with some of the info on 2 of the stocks crypto stocks that I just put together for myself and others as a starting point for due diligence.
