@themarkymark is no more or less a scammer, spammer or plagorizer than I -- in regards to fair use posting of content on monetized platforms. Milking the system with his bot however, might be another matter. I'm no legal professional and not going to claim to be. But I love asking lots of questions. Especially to people who have answers for me. Its how I learn.

There are only a few game developers and publishers which are not ok with ppl streaming their games, like nintendo for example and they have their own ppl showing streams.

How should themarkymark know that it's your deviantart page? There are so many ppl stealing from all possible sources. Put sth on deviantart that states that it's yours bc your names here and there aren't the same.

And most comments are for michaellamden68 who isn't just using some memes for fun or sth. he posts porn pictures and states that they are not his and also uses bots to upvote them and that is for sure against the TOS of some of these bots.

One big problem on Steem is that it's all mostly based on online written words and because of that there are a lot of misunderstandings.
For example, I don't think that you are a fan of ppl stealing the work of others and it's the same for @themarkymark who blacklists many of these ppl. Both of you want to have a nice and peacefull community here (at least I hope so haha) but still there was a misunderstanding and bam here we are.
