The Big Steemit Bang
This occurred early in January when Ned Scott and Dan Larimer came together and exploded with a world changing idea. Steemit was to be a universe filled with planets, stars and citizens who all shared a common goal; to make the Realm of Steemit a place to go to share ideas, work together, and gain stellar mass also known as Steem Power. Each person who uses Steem is like a celestial body which exists in the Steemit Universe.
We all have our gravitational pull. As time goes along, we gain more and more stellar debris, and our Steem Power grows. Like in a universe, the larger the planet, the more gravity it has. Therefore, we could call the minnows, asteroids, the dolphins, rocky planets, the orcas, gas giants and the whales, the stars. At first the universe was small and compact.
Only a few people were using Steem during the alpha phase. These people quickly grew mass and turned into stars as they helped Steemit by finding various glitches with its software. As the Steem Universe expanded, more celestial bodies appeared.Soon, Steemit began rapidly expanding when on July 4th, the alpha phase ended.
Users began flocking to the platform and all the rocky bodies started pulling themselves together as Super Nova’s occurred allowing heaving elements to form, which can be likened to a new post receiving an upvote from a whale. The value of the Steemit universe soared exponentially.
The precious metals were formed, platinum, silver and gold. This valuable resource is also known as Steem coins. All celestial bodies hope that they attract more and more debris from space until they too become a planet and then a star. Each member of the Steemit Universe is a valuable member of a society.
Each of us comes up with ideas and creates posts for everyone to see. These posts remind me of intergalactic citizens which lives on the planets of Steem. Everyone has a great and interesting idea that can be shared with the universe. All we have to do is share it, who knows what will happen, it could attract a meteor shower of votes to your world.I like to think of the Steemit Realm as a place we are all a part of.
As a galactic member of the Steemit Universe, we all have an important role to fill. Each of us are unique and special in our own way. Don’t be surprised when you are noticed, because on Steem, our voice counts. If your posts aren’t attracting meteor showers yet, keep on trying.
Never stop trying, as long as you put your best efforts into your creations, your planet will grow. Sooner or later the cosmic denizens of Steem will see your hard work and dedication to it. The only thing that can be done is to keep on trying. All and all, Steem is the best universe to be in
I am so glad that you found Steem. It is an exciting place to be and grow with. Remember the Big Steem Bang happened only at the start of the year, and it is a big idea. Planets did not even start forming until July 4th so this party has just started. Don’t stand in the corner, reach out and make friends! Form cosmic alliances and let’s make Steem the best universe for all of us to co-exist and live together in harmony.Like this post? Check out this one out about the upcoming Perseid Meteor Shower

Great revelation at the end explaining how young steemit still is. A lot of people are in a hurry to make money not realizing its a long term investment! Great work, I followed you.

Awesome thx :) and yes, it's a marathon not a race. People are all about instant gratification but imagine what Steem will be like a year from now. We are lucky to have gotten in early!
