This Is A How To Steemit Post Tutorial For My On Line Steem Training Series!

in steemit •  7 years ago  (edited)

I am making this post right now for an on line training series on how to make a Steemit Post!

I am helping teach new users how to use the editor, makrdown and html as well as all the editing functions.

Generally an introduce your self post is the best to make first. use the introduceyourself tag as the FIRST tag and you should only make 1 of those as is the custom.

Use photos if your dare but more importantly let the community know what they are going to see from your content here on Steemit, your interests, skills, passions and desires.

How you found about steemit, relevant experience etc.

If you don't mind being public sharing your photo if not at least include a photo of a writer piece of paper with your user name and the current date.

I will cover in this post.

  • How to use headers
  • Bold
  • Italics
  • Phots
  • Links
  • Videos

  1. Spacing
  2. Formating
  3. Bullet Points
  4. Content Quality
  5. Plus MUCH MUCH MORE!

Here is a link to my FB page! Now there is a link to my FB page! MAGIC!

Now of course we need a photo. Here is one from pixabay an online data base of mazing photos free to use online. Make sure to always use photos that you have permission to use if not your own. Of course your own content is always better!

Never use anyones content without permission and with giving credit. Spammers, pladerizers will not be supported and likely flagged.

Make the posts creative, unique and original. Steemit supports authenticity to a high degree! You don't have to be fake or fit in just be our self and share it here!

You want the post to look nice, have valuable and details information but also be direct and to the point.

Here is how to embed a video.

So now we have covered how to do everything in a post and its done!

REMEMBER TO TAG! ONLY 5 tags and they MUST be relevant. You may eve be flagged/downvoted for irrelevant tags.

Remember NOT to BEG for up votes, shares or follows! It is VERY annoying and will not get respect or support from the influential people of this community.

Create quality content and let it speak for it self. Make friends be honest and live the Steem Dream!

Sort Order:

This is how you make a comment!

Remember that comments that are spammy or soliciting/begging/promoting will likely get flagged not up voted.

If your commenting JUST to get a vote or a follow you will not be followed OR up voted.

Make ORIGINAL comments that actually ADD something to the post/conversation or are relevant. This is how you make friends, get followers and get Up Votes!

You get FREE up votes as does everyone else EVERY DAY! So USE THEM! Just use them wisely for quality valuable comments or posts!

If you make a valuable comment you WILL get an up vote.

Generally it is not appropriate to up vote your OWN comment but I am doing so here now for relevancy and CLEARLY stating that.

its Anarchy! go wild, do as YOU believe ;-) <3

This is actually a pretty great post! Even without watching the tutorial, the post is fairly self-explanatory, and it looks nice!

Looking forward to your tutorial project ~ you have tons of great insight as you have been a successful Steemit user for a year and a half, and are super insightful anyway.

Yea it didn't actually cover HOW to imbed or title etc but it is actually pretty self explanatory.
Thanks for the support and feedback!
Hope to release the video series soon!

Love your post <3 @quinneaker thanks for sharing with us

Thank you for checking it out and leaving a comment!

It's my pleasure <3 @quinneaker

Epic knowledge 💣's as usual Quinn! Thanks :-)

Ur welcome, thanks for the support!

Your insights are aways helpful @quinneaker. You have a way of breaking things down to make them simple, and communicating so people can easily understand. This is a great beginning to a very valuable series. I'm sure may will benefit from what you share, as always!

Thanks, helping a lot of people so far.

Holding so very true to your nature @quinneaker!

Good initiative!
But frankly this post was quite disappointing to me. You claimed:

I will cover in this post.

How to use headers
Bold
Italics
Phots
Links
Videos

Spacing
Formating
Bullet Points
Content Quality
Plus MUCH MUCH MORE!

But none of these were covered!
You did put a link to your FB page but didn't explained how to do that. Similarly, you did embed a video in your post but never cared to explain how to do that.

I was expecting a better post from you.

Thanks for the comment, all that was covered in an online tutorial series I am doing this was covered in a live video. I will have it released here on Steemit one day.
Best Regards.

Use FB or FB groups as well as Steemit.chat to promote your content because as a beginner you will have no followers and need to be seen.
Make sure to only promote in relevant groups/rooms or its just annoying and not to spam them all the time.

Thx 😁

But many people in fb groups do not have steem? you still post it in fb groups? thanks for responding!

encouraging!

Great!

I enjoyed your post and I loved the video of Holistic Harmonics.
That looks pretty hard to do but it sounds awesome. A lot of practice I guess.
Thanks for sharing it with us

Glad you watched the video and liked it!

Thanks for this helpful post. I am an old user though, but it will help all the new ones :)

Awesome!
I actually did this for a video series training course online and I will edit it and release it here one day soon hopefully!

Cool, well, best of luck with it! I'll tell you this, the one downside to teaching people steemit, few of the ones that are looking to learn, have much to give in upvote rewards. But, seeing their progress is a pretty great feeling.

It is very helpful for bigganer and it also informative ti them who r not know properly how to arrange a blog / post on Steemit. So this is very good .Thank you
