This is my first day posting but as i've said before for more than 2 week i waited for it to be approved so i had the time to learn so stuff about the voting power, and the amount of votes you should made but i don't care at least not for now, even if i don't earn much for curation, i've seen how some minnows that writes good posts, really great posts but have just a few views and just a couple upvotes, more than the money the motivation of seeing that someone is reading you and taking care of what you have to say encourages you to keep the good work and that's how i think the value are added to projects like Steemit.
That's why i'm gonna upvote, resteem and follow everyone i can, everyone that i can interact with and i see that have the same feelings about this awesome community and with prevalence for fellow minnows that i know it's hard to start, even if the vote it's not worth much you see that you have someone that want to grow with you! I'll be a whale someday and i will keep spreading the love. STEEMIT IS GOING TO BE HUGE!

I'm pretty new here too.....still just learning about how it all works...but I'm with you! Every time I post something, I have started trying to find something to upvote and someone to follow. Still have no idea how this actually creates currency though....but I guess that's ok. I don't understand how my light switch creates light in my kitchen either....doesn't keep me from utilizing it....lol
