I read the release notes, but this feature improvement is about something different. It allow users to provide a justification together with a downvote/flag. Don't you see any difference?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
