Hello Everyone i hope you are having a great day. I'm gonna share a few of my life struggles that i deal with. Feel free to share yours in the comment section if you would like to. Im trying to know my followers on a personal level, hopefully eventually we all will know each other on this journey of blogging and becoming millionaire steemians . Thank you for your support!!

  1. The first thing that i have dealt with for a long time is the battle of weight loss, I know that are weight doesn't define us as who we are but there are alot of people that do. I've weighed as much as 270 pounds, I'm only 5'9 so thats pretty heavy. About 5 years ago i went on a weight loss journey since i looked down and couldnt see my feet anymore! I lost 70 pounds in aproximatly 6 months, i felt great maybe a little to good! I had so much energy i struggled to sleep. Many times i would catch myself eating late at night because it helped me fall asleeep. Well i got back in the same ole rutt and 7 months ago i was back up to 252 pounds. So here i am again trying to get this weight off, im not doing to bad now im down to 218. Ive been lifting weights at planet fitness and trying to gain some muscle to help burn those calories i like to eat lol I also work in the food industry and that doesnt help but i have some pretty hefty goals this time and hope to get this weight under control and be healthy :)

2 . The second is i wear my heart on my sleeve. I get attached to people very easily! trust me its not a good thing. If you are this way then you understand. I hope one day i will beable to stick my heart back in my chest and not be this way anymore....

Finding balance is my struggle

between work and personal?

I am down to 194! I just stared biking a little farther every day, and it seems to be working. Wonder how low I can go! I was at 218 a few months ago, it was not easy, but keep working at it, anything is possible if you put your mind to it!

I'm 5 foot 8 and weigh 193 pounds I recently lost 6 pounds by cutting out carbohydrates for one week and going on a mile walk every other day. Today was a beautiful day in Colorado and I'm glad I went for a walk outside. I'm going to put down my iPhone and do some bench presses.

At the moment im finding it hard to have patience in find a new place to live. This process is not as easy as I thought it would be. Its becoming so frustrating !

Always been an introvert, it can be tougher when you are trying to work a homebased business and some of it deals with connecting and networking with folks. I get webinar stagefreight when and if I am being seen and especially if I have to speak. Being surrounded by groups of folks gives me anxiety. Chatting with folks is okay and one on one on the phone is cool, just more than one folk in a conversation makes me nervous.

I like your blog. I struggle too with weight. I feel a lot like you I terms of getting attached to people fast! i don t really understand it because rejection is the next thing to deal with. i may write a blog about it. thank you

How this life can be, some people including myself struggle to add weight a bit while others struggle to lose weight.

if we could only figure out how to help each other out

I battle with my weight as well, we use the metric system in my country and i will say my stats using that. :) 1.87 cm - 128 kg.
The hunger does not let me loose weight, it is powerfull and savage.

Hi, I think it's nice for you to share your struggles. I'd say I share them but a bit differently, it's not that I feel I weigh too much but that I'd like to weigh less and to achieve a figure that's literally impossible for my body. I wouldn't say I wear my heart on my sleeve, I don't. But I do care too much, too fast and too deeply, except it's hard for me to express it. People walk away and they'll never know just how much it hurts and how much they mean to me.

appreciate your personal struggles and i think we are all in this together and best way to connect with each other is to understand each other and struggles are a good way to do that. If i had to put a struggle of mine it would have to be struggling with drugs, now its something that people see as a negative and a choice but for me and many people its an escape from this crazy world, we all go through tough experiences. Although i have gotten better i feel like i could always go back but having a child now has helped me get out of that fear and feel like i have a purpose. Thank you for this post!

i have been fitfor as long as i can remember, but if this can help, weight is in the tommy, if you can add as much stomach exercise as the weight lifting you will do fine. my struggle is i have been trying to be focused on one business idea all my life, i keep having so many ideas and i find myself doing alot and at the end i wouldnt have accomplish anyone

Hey Ralph, i totally agree with your quote in bold print on the bottom of your post. For people who have this attitude, the struggles are easier i think. Regarding your weight loss, expend more calories than you take in, excersise regularly each day, and eat less processed crappy food, and eat good fresh stuff. It's cheaper to eat good fresh food and cook it yourself. Hope that helps. Thanks for the SBD you sent too !

Thanks for sharing your story...keep it coming! I struggle with smoking and drinking myself. I am day 5 into stopping drinking and certain foods and am seeing results. I looked into ways to bringing my body into a better pH balance and found a rabbit hole of information. Weight control is one major byproduct of my research. I am a little over weight, especially around my middle section and thought it came with age(47). Not so. Once I found out why the body stores fat it blew my mind. The body stores fat to store dangerous toxins found in our environment to protect our vital organs. Suffice to say, bringing our body toward an alkaline state will control weight and more importantly will allow the body to lose weight naturally without risk from those toxins harming you or making you more acidic like extreme exercise does(lactic acid). See I also suffered a Gallbladder attack and now I feel empowered that I know what works and the future looks bright. Again thanks for sharing your story.

One of the hardest things for people to do these days is share something personal. God forbid that they should connect with other human beings on a personal level! So, in spite of all the technology that should have otherwise made human beings from all over the earth connect, we still find a way to keep our distance from other people. We would rather generate impersonal content in the form of memes, videos gifs and other impersonal content than talk about ourselves, our struggles and shortcomings so that maybe, just maybe, through our message, someone, somewhere might take courage and know that they are not along. To some extent, I am guilty of some, if not all the above charges so I must thank you for your courage to share.

  1. One of my struggles as you may have noticed from the ongoing is my inability to write short messages. I am not a very fast typist but once I get onto a topic it is very difficult for me to keep it short. Thank God that English is not my first language!

  2. Just like you, I struggle with weight. I have excellent appetite and I love me some good food and that makes the struggle all the more real. I have not weighed less than 190 pounds for the past ten years and I am only able to keep my weight at that point because I have been working out at least two hours, three times every week. Inasmuch as I do not weigh as much as you do, I must commend your dedication and your ability to lose so much weight within short periods of time. I don't think I would have been able to do that if I wasn't so lucky that my lifestyle has allowed me to continue exercising.

Well, I would not want my comment to be longer than your post so I will stop here until later. And hey, we need more people that wear their hearts on their sleeves, I daresay the benefits far outweigh the costs.

I do not know how to lose good weight. Because my weight is only 50 pounds. And my height is 162 centimeters may be just lifestyle. Because I do have a lot of thoughts, my weight does not add up...😊😊😊
