@randowhale, I think random sleeping and awaking is not convenient for most users. How about opening few hours in the morning and afternoon with specific hours. Sleep most of night (How about sleep 8-10 hours in specific time to recover 3-4% vote would be better.). Though it will not mostly profitable for @randowhale but it will offer users time to use it conveniently. This algorithm sleep after VP drops to 98.4% will make very random and short, inconvenient.

randowhale is not a witness on Steemit, and randowhale isn't made by whoever made buildawhale. Half of whatever you're talking about above has nothing to do with randowhale.
The fact is that you've been overly aggressive since the start, all while asking for help, when in fact there was nothing wrong to begin with. You continued it with your response of "oh you upvoted them since then" trying to cover up the fact that you're an idiot and you are wasting people's (randowhale's) time with bogus support requests.
The blockchain doesn't lie and there was nothing wrong with randowhale in this instance. Sometimes there is and it's corrected, but not in this case. You got your votes almost immediately after you send the funds, then complained a day and a half later when you didn't look.
Go complain somewhere else.

They should be. Producing blocks is important and if they're "ignorant" and didn't "take a look" while missing blocks, they sure as hell will get nasty comments and likely lose votes.
