For People Having Sweet Tooth:)

We all love sweets and we Indians have a sweet corner for them. There are so many varieties to choose from. Here's a list of my favorite India sweets:-

1) Gulab Jamun:-

This sweet is one of the festive delights and is made with khoya, fried golden and finally dipped in saffron induced sugar syrup.

2) Seviyan:-

The main ingredients used are vermicelli, sugar, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, saffron, green cardamom, milk, and butter. The vermicelli is cooked in milk, with dry fruits added into it.

3) Gajar ka Halwa:-

Gajar (carrot) ka Halwa is a mouth-watering preparation that is invariably found in every home and is made with grated carrot, condensed milk, nuts and golden varq.

4) Kheer:-

It is a deliciously creamy, rice and milk pudding with cashews and raisins.

5) Ras Malai:-

Ras Malai’s taste is best enjoyed when it is chilled.Ras malai consists of sugary white cream or yellow-coloured (flattened) balls of chhana soaked in malai (clotted cream) flavoured with cardamom.

Feeling hungry all of a sudden. :)

Great post @rashi. I could devour a large number of gulab jamuns down my throat even if I'm already full. I guess the back hole in my stomach specifically meant for gulab jamuns takes care of it all :)
