Why do you try to expose him? Just because he's rich? Isn't it kind of counterproductive to show everyone that if you use steemit and are wealthy then people will go after you and violate your privacy?

not because he/she is rich, but because they control a large part of SP and Witness votes in a community where we all have a vested interest

and, it's interesting! she seeks answers, because she can... and that's what the system is built for. transparency within a closed system.

the blockchain was designed to be transparent, and we are supposed to be able to be aware of what's going on. it was designed with that in mind. not for people to stick thier heads in the sand. we gave permission just using this site for everything to be transparent... that's a big part of what makes the blockchain so awesome!!!

Speaking for myself, it is sufficient to know that this person is a behind the scenes major investor early in the project. The concurrent demonstration about key aspects of the distribution of SBD payments for contributed content is very valuable, in my opinion.
One of the reasons that I am anxious for SMT's to succeed is my hope that in that event Steem Inc. will allow Steemit to be taken over by a consortium of investors, who will promptly break it down into a large set of sub-communities of interest, where each sub-community will have its own reward pool and its own leadership that will decide on the criteria and the procedures for allocating rewards.

Downvoted because your assertion that anyone's privacy is "violated" from blockchain analysis is completely incorrect. The block chain is a PUBLIC database. This is known especially to whoever is behind freedom. They went through great lengths to hide relationships between accounts, as part of their opsec. If they fucked up and allowed some information to leak on the public block chain, that is freedom's problem. If you have a problem with it, I suggest you go back to facebook where your information is not only public, but it and any analysis pertaining to it is sold to anyone willing to pay for it.
