I Paid For My MacBook Pro With CouchCoin
My Husband Told Me To Say That
I actually have been working 6 hours a day, 5 to 7 days a week since last September of 2016 on my couch. I've posted 4 articles a day when I first joined Steemit for at least 3 months. I verified my art and my identity within my first week on Steemit. I studied Steemit ecosystem and who the big players are so I could avoid them as much as possible because I have an authority problem😂😂😂😇
I paid for my Mac with SBD and traded my SBD for BTC through Blocktrade.
A couple of months ago I started trading my Steem Backed Dollars and Steem for Bitcoin. I like Blocktrades, which is the best for speedy transactions although their fees are high. So I make sure my trade is higher than $60 SBD and keep all my coin off the exchanges and stored in a wallet on my iPad. I'll be setting up a new wallet on my Mac and I'm buying a hardware wallet like Trezor this week. Most of my cryptocurrency trading is a long term investment.

I got all the special-needs kids in my daughter's Pre-K class together and we made flowers for 3 hours! They had so much fun learning and it really helped their fine motor skills. Not bad for 4 bucks of paper and some homemade fruit roll-ups!

I try and organize my time around my energy levels. I get up around 5:30am, I don't need an alarm clock and I'm running full speed on my art and Steemit articles until around noon, I eat and take a nap, do some chores cook dinner, walk 4 miles, hang with the family, read and study in the evening.

I love the graphics on this machine, it's intuitive, which Apple is well known for, however I have to get used to a keyboard and tracking pad. I love the keyboard, not so much the tracking pad. I'll prolly get a mouse, and not an apple mouse, they suck!

I've been a PC girl all my life because I could never afford a mac! It's on my wish list but I worry that any of my programs will be compatible. That PC mentality really has a firm grip on me. But I need an upgrade and I think I can save enough Steemit funds to treat myself to something nice (instead of settling for the cheapest POS). I LOVE Newegg! We were able to finally purchase a computer for my son who needed an upgrade far worse than I did. Great deals there. And I love their customer service.
I'm definitely leaning more toward Mac. Now to decide if I want a mini mac or a laptop. hmm....

The fees on Blocktrade are high, but they are superfast with transactions compared to polo, but so is bittrex. With apple products you'll have to check your software. When I was managing an office I often had disagreements with my boss regarding updating our pc's because we would have to buy new software packages and even printers. Both Apple and Microsoft make tons of money with stupid upgrades....blah!
