Chicken Steak
Ingredients
250 gr chicken breast
1 pcs lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 btr eggs
enough flour panir
oil for frying
Step
Chicken meat cut thin and wide, put salt and lime let stand 1 / 2- 1 hour (let the spices seep)
Dip it to the egg and spread it to the panir flour until the chicken meat is covered all
Heat cooking oil, fry over medium heat until brownish color, not thinner
Serve with steak sauce, French fries, beans and carrots
