Soto Ayam Madura Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 chicken meat
1 bks vermicelli (I use glass vermicelli)
4 chicken eggs
1 cabbage
tomato
lime
celery
galangal
2 lbr leaves
1 lemongrass
Softened seasoning :
4 pieces of garlic
5 pieces of red onion
1 pecan fruit
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp coriander
turmeric
to taste salt
Step
Fry chicken meat until mateng then suwir-suwir (set aside), boiled chicken eggs until mateng, soak vermicelli pake water until soft (if it is flabby)
