Don't beg for votes!

Why you shouldn't beg for votes

"You get what you pay for"

1. Votes aren't free!

For every new person or established person here, you can only cast 20 to 40 votes per day and preservice the effciency of your votes. If you upvote every single post, your votes aren't worth that much because your steem power is low.

2. Quality over Quantity

When you comment on a post, make it a qualitative good comment. These comments will stick to the top of a post and other people can see your comment and might vote on it as well. If you have a quantitative comment like "Good post!" you will be ignored, thus you won't get any votes on it. So keep in mind Quality over Quantity

It's annoying

People might find it annoying if you beg for votes. Rather use quality content so that they have a reason to vote for you and comment on your amazing post!

That's it. Good luck Steemians!

Agree, many newbies just want people to vote them without focusing on their content itself and that's really annoying. I sincerely hope that they can stop asking people to vote them

If you write good articles, people will vote for you.

This has been really inspirational and i understand a bit more. I wondered why some peoples votes were worth more than others. Thanks and will definitely look out for more of your posts in the future.

Good post!
