Belated Introduction / MBRS (Embers) Now Listed On Cryptopia

What's up you sexy Steemers?

I have noticed that it is somewhat customary to compose an introductory post talking a bit about yourself. So I've decided to tie that in with some big updates regarding @embermine. If you don't know what Embermine is we are a tech start-up residing in the cryptocurrency sphere (non-figuratively residing in Lincoln, NE). Our goal is to develop the Embermine platform into a web application for creative content creation and distribution with these neat little things called smart contracts ensuring worry free, hassle free, effortless royalty distribution and governing. If this is Greek to you I apologize. I'm beginning to learn Geek. Also I'll be getting into more about myself towards the end so bear with me or skip ahead.

The big news: We have developed and launched our own cryptocurrencies, 2 live, and eventually 5 total within the Embermine ecosystem. MBRS are our central currency at the moment. It was our first to launch, has the most total holders and until early yesterday morning was only available for trading on the EtherDelta online exchange. If you've used two exchanges and one of them was EtherDelta you are well aware of its shortcomings but alas she has proven a serviceable hostess of our token in despite of these. That said, we as a team and the Embermine community as a whole were pleasantly surprised to see MBRS finally getting listed on the @Cryptopia Exchange. There are still better exchanges out there, and we've got them in our sights, but this is a large step for us. With Cryptopia we have now added MBRS/BTC MBRS/LTC and MBRS/DOGE markets in addition to MBRS/ETH on EtherDelta. The exchange interface is busier sure, but not overwhelming. Okay a little about me before I wrap this up.
So I'm lucky enough to be the Creative Arts Manager here at Embermine. We've got a small but kick-ass team and have our minds set on accomplishing some big things that will help a lot of people pursue their passions. I'm just a couple years out of school and just a couple months into pretending I know everything about crypto. I'm a pretty active guy and I like to mix it up with a wide range of sports or neat-ure activies. I'd be dishonoring my family's name if I didn't mention my hardcore Cornhusker Football fandom. I'm starting to get addicted to crypto and blockchain tech and I hope to bring bits and pieces of my journey down the rabbit hole as well as some shameless plugs for Embermine news and updates. I'll be posting primarily graphic design and photography related content rich in process and narrative along with whatever personal sh*t I feel like flinging out into the world.
