The Spanish version of this article was a contribution for the first Steemit Spanish day, an event for trying to make every Spanish user in the platform to publish an article between 19:00-20:00 UTC+0 hour at 5 of July. 70 articles were published with the tag #steemspanishday during that period.

More than two weeks have passed since the Hard fork 19 was implemented. This hard fork brought two important changes to Steemit: vote are now worth 4 times more but they also consume 4 times more voting power, and rewards are now linear to the amount of voting power of received upvotes (before it was exponential, so the most voted posts received much higher rewards) This change highly increased the reward for posts submitted before the hard fork with pending payout and for posts submitted in the first two days after it.
However, some users are complaining about his rewards being currently much lower than before the hard fork, even for those that do not receive a big amount of votes so the linear rewards should benefit them. Personally, I have noticed this as well, but it is not significant as I have not posted any article about my most profitable subject since the hard fork, which is informatic.
What is your personal experience in Steemit rewards since hard fork 19?
A) Stealth upvotes and rewards during curation period
This measure is meant to make more difficult to predict the rewards of different articles, encouraging people to vote only based on post quality and not on curation rewards. In my opinion this measure will help at fight vote concentration among a few posts, helping new users.
B) Increase curation period 
This measure is meant to increase the expiration date of posts, making the rewards less dependent of post timing. I suggest initially increasing the curation date to 45 or 60 minutes, and it may be increased further depending of the results. Increasing curation period even more could be useful, but that will require reconsidering the current curation reward/ vote timing curve.
C) Motivate downvotes
Downvoting is currently highly discouraged because it does not provide curation rewards but consumes voting power. Downvoting is important to protect Steemit for getting flooded by spam, plagiarized articles and low quality posts. I propose reduce voting power cost of downvotes, or even creating a different pool for downvoting power.
D) More options
Mention notifications, find links and resteems to our articles, filter other people dashboard by resteems and own articles, allow delegating Steem Power directly from the web, private messages (they may cost a small fee that will be burned or shared among witnesses), option for adjusting a customized Steem power payment (maintaining the 50% minimum), etc.
E) More advertising
Add non-intrusive banners that will work in a similar way of promoted posts. Allow users to add banners, with a major part of benefits for the author and a small amount for burning. The advertiser would be able to target specific tags. This measures will attract external advertisers, increasing Steem price.
F) Ban tracking services in Steemit
Per my anti-tracking plugin made by Avast, Steemit.com currently has 3 third-party surf tracking services: Facebook, DoubleClick (an advertising division by Google) and Google Analytics. In order to respect ensure the maximum level of privacy for the users, this tracking services should be banned out of Steemit. The internal search engine should be also provided for another company more respectful with privacy than Google, for example DuckDuckGo
Yesterday I reached 200 followers so I made a snapshot of my followers list and checked how many are active. By using http://steemit.deadfollowers.info/ I found that 15 of them has not posted anything for a month. Here is the list of active followers:

However, I only have around 20 views by adding the Spanish+English views. I guess many people just read the title and do not continue reading, and many have so many followers that do not even notice my posts. I want to thank those that read, upvote, comment and resteem my posts. If I notice more activity I will try again to do a poll-giveaway and hope somebody participate this time.
