    Technically, yes. There's a plagiarism patrol on here, but you have to report any suspected plagiarizing to #steemabuse. If you're talking about academic posts, it depends if it already exists in peer-reviewed and/or published form. You aren't forbidden from posting your past content from other sites, but it's frowned on, because original content is preferred here on Steemit.
