A YOUTUBE video that has enticed teenagers to break into an abandoned building in Box Hill South has infuriated neighbours.
The former student accommodation building at the Canaan International Student Centre on Hay St has deteriorated into a concrete playground for vandals and opportunistic teenagers, with police called to catch a group of teenagers.

When the Whitehorse Leader visited the site recently, the school was operating, but the former accommodation block was covered in graffiti and rubbish with smashed windows.
Cathie Coates, who lives nearby, said she has lived in the area all her life and no longer felt safe.
“It’s getting to the point where you don’t know who’s in that building,’’ she said.
“Even though it’s just kids at the moment, I’m worried it’s going to escalate.”
Ms Coates said it was just one of many incidents at the abandoned building.
“There was a grinder going in there one Saturday night and once I heard a motorbike going up and down in the street,” Mrs Coates said.
“I can’t believe the rubbish. It’s strewn everywhere.
