I have seen stranger tattoos here in Germany! Not only Facebook or Twitter but even logos of Clubs, clothing, etc. Personally, I have tattoos but I would never tattoo something like that on my skin.... but that's his, he can have whatever he wants tattooed on it ;)
It's just a matter of taste and choice. And taste is like colors, there are infinite variables :D
