How To Add Photos To Steemit Posts & Comments

Hey guys, realize this may seem very basic but when you first get on Steemit it can be somewhat overwhelming figuring out how to post with the editor vs the HTML code, what Steem is vs Steem Dollars vs Steem Power. there's a lot to learn.

@Clemdane had asked me on Steemit how to add photos so wanted to do a quick screen cast incase anyone else was wondering how to do it.

    Believe or not I didn't think to use drag-and-drop for adding a photo to a comment. Silly me :). Found your post here which explained it via gooogle, haha. Thanks for the great info :)

    I finally got signed up today because I saw your video about steemit. I put rules for rebels as one of my tags, but not the first tag. Can anyone find me that way?

    Hey there, glad to see you come aboard. The first tag is your main tag but I believe you also show up under the other categories as well

        Yeah I've never been that great at formatting reddit posts but I know over there some people take a lot of pride in their formatting skills. I think Steemit is the same sort of formatting. For my first week I didn't even realize their was an editor I was doing everything manually but now I'm in the habit of doing it that way

            Hi @rulesforrebels amazing tutorial Ive been asking myself that question too. On How to post an image on a comment/reply...

            BUT...
            what if I am using my smart phone. I think I can't drag it. So how about using a smart phone? Do you have any tutorial on that???

            I don't really do anything from my phone so not really sure about that. I was using the SteepShot app, you may want to give that a try as it's meant for mobile

              Actually I downloaded steepshot but it was too slow to load in my phone so I am typing in steemit.com at my googlechrome mobile. :)
