Well, here comes a comment on a post about commenting. The essential thing is to actually read the article before commenting (yeah you've mentioned it). Unless I've read the article, how can I leave a meaningful comment. Kudos for a very useful article.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
