If you answer “No”, then you need to open up those peepers a bit more. HardFork 19 just got switched on. The peanut gallery is going crazy right now. People are experiencing the euphoria akin to matching up the Powerball numbers. The masses of social media users are just now starting to get a glimpse of what’s poppin’ over here on Steemit, and what they are seeing is that they can get paid for doing the things they’re already doing. They seem to think that’s insane. As current Steemit users, whether you’ve been here for a day or for a year, you know it’s as real as a peanut butter & jelly sandwich is. A mass awakening in the online world and the social media world is inevitable and with HF 19, exploding the place, things are going to be getting a bit more chaotic, at least it seems that way. Today’s excitement will die down a bit, or will it? But there will still be a buzz of the unknown and of how this all will play out, in the days, months and years ahead. The moment of awakening has arrived, flow with it or get washed up on the side.
What are your thoughts on HF 19, Good? Bad? Awesome?

It was more of a joke than anything. People steal pictures and link pornhub videos in the nsfw category and get upvoted and make legit money doing it. I got flagged at 10 dollars for not stealing pictures and making fun of the situation. Just goes to show how sexually repressed and insecure people can be.

Those are valid concerns and important things to consider @immarojas. I think this will all level out to a point and definitely not be as explosive as it currently is, for those reasons you mention. We don't need anything to tank and self implode itself, so we can enjoy the current situation while it's happening, but be ready for a correction of sorts. Or maybe not? Time will tell.

Hey @sandstorm , it is a blast, a total change with HF19. The linear rewards help the little minnows to grow faster. Now it is even more important to post quality content, to make a difference in the noise that will come with the influx of many new accounts

I think it is awesome, however you need to 'ration' you votes so to speak. Your voting power will be depleted much faster, but I think it will balance out once people gain an understand of how powerful their upvotes really are.
