Here's where that energy is being directed from my end:
I've got a thing in Los Angeles coming up, then off to party in Vegas for a few days, then getting SERIOUS upon the return:
3 months of hardcore physical training, dietary supplementation, and natural, testosterone boosting (hopefully) additions to my food intake.
I've even ordered a couple of blood tests to be drawn before and after I begin this physical journey; a definitive scientific measurement of my free and total blood testosterone to determine if there is any significant change in the levels.
Anecdotal evidence, certainly, in a study where N=1; however this experiment may offer insight into further research AND guidelines for men to pursue as they age:
A consequence that males face as they grow older is a natural decline in their endogenous testosterone.

All data will be shared honestly, and in full, here on Steemit. Afterwards the data will be included in a section of the book I'm working on.
