Steem/Steemit-article on Zerohedge today! Steem up 30%! (Weiss also rates Steem the fifth best crypto currency!)

Gotta love it. Right after I wrote that I upped my target on Steem to $20 in 2018, Zerohedge publishes this article titled;" AI Censorship And The Power Of 'Steem' To Preserve Truth"

 

 

Just like I wrote in my last post, critique goes out to the politically correct mainstream narrative social media.

Ms. Johnstone details just some of the abuses that Twitter and Google engaged in to subtly and not-so-subtly shift public perception of major issues that run counter to the narrative the power structure wants us to believe.

I could not agree more. They are using their power to constantly plant seeds in peoples minds. They have an agenda, a political, and in my opinion fascist agenda.

Steem is the way to beat them at their own game, without using their methods. Simply speak the truth and record it for all time.

That's the power of Blockchain. One of it's biggest superpowers is that ON the Blockchain NOTHING is grey areas. There are no lies. Everything is hardcoded and imprinted on the Blockchain FOR EVER. This is kryptonite for lying politicians and bankers and criminals.

For the first time in history, we have a tool that can tell us what was right or wrong. When we look back in history, it has always been written by the winners. From 2016-2017, with the birth of Steem and the revolution in blockchain history will for ever be recorded hard-printed on chain. There will be no more getting away with lies eventually.

Also, another great point of the article is this;

The growth of the platform is the way to claw back the capital they have been taking for themselves because before this we were just happy to have a platform to express ourselves.

Steem is simply brilliant. I have to admit, when I first found Steemit I thought it sounded like a scam. But as I've read more into it and learned more about blockchain technology and this disruptive space, I am not only 100% sure that Steemit and Steem is legit. I'm 100% certain it scares the shit out of Facebook and Youtube. And we have to expect a lot of FUD going forward.

Right now Steemit is hardly a competitor for Youtube or Reddit or Twitter. But "if" (of course it will) this technology continues to have the impact it's having, Steemit will become ever more popular. Doesn't matter if it's HARD to earn on Steemit. At least there is a chance of earning. At least you're getting paid for your creativity, your ideas, your knowledge. Why the fuck are people PAYING Facebook to share their knowledge?

Once that brainwashing is gone..people will hurdle over to Steemit. And I think people is. Steemit is all ready a very exclusive site for the know-hows. People are waiting in line to get in. And youtubers like @tjkirk and Molynuex and of course the increasingly popular crypto-tubers have all ready joined.

Steem and Steemit is here. And because it's blockchain, it CAN'T go away. Steem btw mooned earlier this afternoon because of this news. Still up 30%, which is pretty cool considering the quite lame market. The market in general I would not expect much of the coming days or even weeks. The volume is low and people are hesitant. A lot of inexperienced people lost a lot of money the last month..but we will see money slowly coming back into the space. Stay patient.

Oh, and I almost forgot. Weiss has started rating cryptos - and guess what, Steem is the fifth highest rated crypto ;)
However..do take it with a grain of salt. I don't think Weiss know what they are talking about. But they are on the money with Steem and EOS. That's for sure.
