Howdy! As the author of the post in question I thought I might chime in if you don't mind.
A couple points, the first being that you aren't talking about slander which is spoken, you are referring to libel which is written.
The second being either type of defamation hinges on whether the accusation was false. As the only accusation in my article was that Mr. Spina had lied about the compensation his organization received I would have had to state that knowing it was baseless for it to qualify as defamation.
To the contrary I included the following:
- A screenshot of the statement in question
- An email from the GoldSeek organization showing ownership of a Waves wallet
- Excerpts from the blockchain of that wallet's activity
- Links to the source data and an invitation to the readers to examine the data themselves.
This would pass any rigor and be found, while unfavorable to Mr. Spina, far from libel.
I ask you to compare my content with this quote from the comment section of Mr. Spina's article entitled ZUR COIN PUMP & DUMP ALERT: Monkey Capital's DANIEL HARRISON Does It Again!
Here is directly accusing Daniel Harrison, by name, of an actual crime (theft) without any evidence to back that statement up. That would be defined as libel by most people.
It is obvious, @hilarski, that you have a personal opinion about @goldseek (Peter Spina) and a post casting him in an unfavorable light is not something that you would enjoy but just because you feel that way doesn't make it defamation.
@MinnowSupport, your comment on my article was the first I heard of you and I appreciate you putting there and have no problem that you wanted to remove it.

As has been pointed out, this is not slander. Any ceasing of inflammatory articles results in basic censorship which is why Peter Spinola has been able to post horseshit for weeks. Most people ignore him, especially those that know what a crooked way he has acted. Ban his comments or any rebuttals and censorship is the result. So, go ahead, be judgmental, sling your mud, do what the hell you like, for this is the internet, and up until now, free for comment. Furthermore, please explain where you would take legal action, on what grounds etc etc. Better you stick to writing crappy articles about things you know nothing about. Then you can see that i am not hiding anything. But If your own investment into Monkey Capital wont disclose their own information and post hit pieces with falsified data, then you deserve what is coming.
